World Vision partners with Christian schools to help students encounter God’s heart for the poor and grow into compassionate global leaders who put their faith into action.

How we partner with Christian schools

We offer age-appropriate experiences that activate your entire school community and create opportunities for students to grow spiritually, serve others, and develop a deeper understanding of global needs.

    • Elementary schools: Hands-on classroom activities and simple giving projects that introduce young students to God’s love for the world and inspire compassion for others
    • Middle schools: Interactive learning experiences such as water walks, service challenges, and group discussions that help students build empathy and begin taking meaningful action
    • High schools: Leadership opportunities, advocacy campaigns, and STEM challenges that equip students to engage in global issues and put their faith into action

    Matthew 25 prayer guide

Help your students and school community connect with God’s heart for the world through prayer. This prayer guide features inspiring stories, Scripture-based reflections, and practical ways to pray for vulnerable children and families globally. This resource can be used in chapel, classrooms, or personal devotion time.

    Video-based chapel resources

Need a ready-to-go chapel? Our engaging 15-minute chapel videos are designed to help students understand God’s heart for the poor and explore what it means to live out the gospel through compassion and action. Choose from a three-part series or a stand-alone session to fit your school’s needs. Each session includes a facilitator guide for easy planning.

    Clean water STEM case study

Bring real-world problem-solving into your classroom with this hands-on case study designed for Innovation Labs, STEM classes, or clubs. Using technical briefs from an actual World Vision water, sanitation, and hygiene project in Niger, students will step into the role of engineers and innovators. They’ll tackle the challenge from start to finish — developing solutions, presenting their ideas, and then comparing their work to the real project outcomes. It’s an authentic way to connect STEM learning with global impact.

Faith in action for your school

Global missions — right where you are

Through a faith-in-action journey, World Vision partners with your school to design a powerful experience tailored to your community.

Students engage with global issues through hands-on learning and then take meaningful action together through a schoolwide initiative that supports a World Vision project. With a guided framework, ready-to-use teacher resources, and support from our team, your school can be part of ending extreme poverty through faith in action.
