Rwandans celebrate 1 million people gaining access to clean water.
Helping equip vulnerable people to address the root causes of poverty and injustice can be challenging work ... but the challenge is part of what makes the successes so incredibly joyful! Together with our donors and partners, we’re working to combat the injusticeof the lack of access to clean water in many of the countries we come alongside. And in Rwanda, World Vision President and CEO Edgar Sandoval Sr. was there to celebrate a monumental milestone: 1 million people in Rwanda reached with clean water!
In Kenya, Damaris is spreading the hope and joy she’s found in Jesus.
Hope has a way of spreading, and that’s exactly what happened in Kenya. When Damaris learned to see herself and others the way God does, she became a brilliant light in her community — and the ripple effects will go on for generations.
